Privacy Policy · Draft for launch review
Your research data should remain yours.

What TORCH collects
When you create an account, TORCH may receive your name, email address, profile image and sign-in provider. It also stores your plan, access status, product preferences, wishlist, learning progress, analysis usage and paper-trading records. TORCH does not ask for broker passwords, settlement-bank credentials or permission to place investments.
Payments
Razorpay receives the card, UPI, netbanking or wallet details needed to process checkout. During temporary manual UPI verification, TORCH stores the payment screenshot, optional UPI reference, amount and status in private storage so authorised administrators can verify receipt. TORCH does not receive or store full card numbers, UPI PINs or internet-banking passwords.
Why it is used
This data is used to authenticate you, keep your research available across devices, enforce Free and Pro access, personalise learning and paper trading, prevent abuse, provide support and understand whether the product is working.
Service providers and administration
Authentication, payment and infrastructure providers process the minimum information needed to run TORCH. Authorised TORCH administrators can view customer identity, plan, account status, payment status and submitted payment proof to provide access and support. TORCH does not sell or rent personal data.
Retention and security
Account, payment and verification records are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for security, legal or accounting purposes. Access controls, encrypted transport and provider security controls are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw optional marketing consent. Product and legal notices may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.
Contact
Before public launch, TORCH will publish its privacy contact and grievance channel here. This draft should be reviewed for every country in which subscriptions are offered.
