Terms of Use · Draft for launch review
Research software, not an order or recommendation.

Purpose of TORCH
TORCH is an evidence-first market research interface. It organises market data, published financial information and rules-based calculations. It does not know your full financial circumstances and does not provide personalised investment advice, execute orders, connect to a broker or manage money.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login and use TORCH only for lawful personal research. Free and Pro features, quotas and pricing may change with reasonable notice. Access can be limited for misuse, attempts to bypass controls or activity that threatens the platform.
Paid Pro access
The purchase covers the fixed access period shown before payment and does not automatically renew. While Razorpay is unavailable, customers may pay the published UPI ID and submit proof for manual review. Submission does not activate Pro: TORCH aims to complete verification within 24 hours and may reject proof that cannot be matched to the receiving account. Razorpay payments activate only after provider confirmation.
Market data and model limitations
Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, restated or unavailable. Scores and labels depend on published methodologies and their available inputs; they are not forecasts, price targets or guarantees. Verify information independently before making any financial decision.
Paper trading
Paper trades are hypothetical records. They do not account perfectly for liquidity, slippage, taxes, fees, borrow availability or market impact, and should never be presented as realised investment performance.
Risk and responsibility
Investing and trading can result in substantial loss. You remain responsible for your decisions, position sizes and compliance obligations. Where appropriate, consult an appropriately registered adviser and tax or legal professional.
Launch review
These terms are a product-ready draft, not a substitute for counsel. Governing law, entity details, refund policy, billing terms, grievance contact and country-specific disclosures must be finalised before paid public launch.
